LaTanya Allen is a Mississippi native and affectionately known as “LT” among the legal community.
She is the founder and principal attorney of LT Allen Law, PLLC.
LT brings a unique perspective to the practice of law with more than 20 years of combined experience as a former Judicial Court Administrator, Chancery Court Reporter, and Litigation Paralegal.
LT is a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law. During law school, she was selected as a 1L Senator by her class, a member of the Dean’s Leadership Council, Editor of the Journal of Space Law, and as a student attorney for the award-winning Guardian Ad Litem Clinic.
LT also served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Justice Dawn Beam of the Mississippi Supreme Court.
LT enjoys helping families in her home state of Mississippi navigate through their legal challenges.
LT specializes in working with families in various Youth Court Proceedings and defending parental rights.
LT currently serves as the Public Defender in Madison County Youth Court as well as Parent Defender in Sunflower County Youth Court.
